This epic tattoo consists of three equations.
Can't quite make out the top-left symbol. Likely theta, so the top equation may represent some sort of angle.
The second equation appears to involve a psi function of two sequences {ri} and {ra}. It states that within the context of the psi function, the epsilon-sub-e function of the sequence {ra} equals that complicated shit in the brackets on the left. It's missing a minus sign in the first double series.
The third equation is similar to the second, and makes use of the epsilon-sub-e function of {ra}, adding it to two other series, and stating that the end result, when multiplied by a phi function of {ra}, is equal to some epsilon times the phi function of {ra}
Don't know what the del [upside-down delta] represents, but that is a fuckload of series.

I've seen Del used in Maxwell's Equations and as a Laplace operator, I'm leaning toward it possibly representing the latter...
