Bitchin' musical rail shooter
I found out about this game through Christian_Avenger. It is satanawesome. You are some sort of avatar for hax, and you need to hax a computer because she has existence issues. Weird story, but care I do not.
You cannot manipulate your movement, but literally everything that can hurt you can be destroyled. You can lock on to eight targets at a time, and they are shot in beat, but rapidly enough so that it does not hinder gameplay. Shooting the red objects allow you to store up one overdrive attack, which is basically you shooting the hell out of literally everything that can be targeted. Shooting enough blue objects changes your form into something more awesome.
Zero form: Sphere made of pulsing triangles. Shoots curved lasers.
First form: Humanoid made of parallel pulsing rectangles. Shoots curved lasers from head.
Second form: Humanoid with polygonal skin. Shoots segmented, curved lasers from head, shoulders, and arms.
Third form: Solid silver humanoid. Shoots segmented lasers with right angles.
Fourth form: Red-and-black striped humanoid taking lotus position inside sphere made of squares. Shoots straight lasers from the squares.
Fifth form: Black sphere with pulsing waves. Lasers go through the enemy from various angles, not necessarily originating from you.
Final form: Fetus in a sphere. Lasers similar to fifth form.
I like the music.
